Moving Edgeucation Workshops for all Studentshttp://cam.scdsb.on.ca/about-us/news/school-news/498Moving Edgeucation Workshops for all Students
Dear Cameron Street Families,

We are thrilled to welcome Moving EDGEucation back to Cameron Street Public School on Tuesday October 11th and Wednesday October 12th 2022! Our students will be participating in an engaging experience where they will join together on different movements (to various music styles) and guided to infuse their own creativity and individuality, contributing to an atmosphere where you can't help but have a smile on your face! This allows students to not only be physically active and build their physical literacy, but also nurture positive character traits like self- regulation, problem solving, confidence and community building.

Moving EDGEucation may also use their approach as a tool to interactively explore different curriculum concepts (like numeracy and literacy) and support our teachers with knowledge and tools for integrating movement and social emotional learning methods into their regular practice, creating heathy and engaging environments on an ongoing basis.

There will be no charge for these workshops as the school is covering the costs for all students K-8 to participate.
