Bullying Awareness Week at Cameron Street - November 20th to 25th 2016

A week of activities planned by our Pink Team await our students and staff as we stand together to STOP, WALK and TALK!

Monday - It is Pink Shirt Day as we ask all classes to create Stop Sign Designs promoting messages against bullying

Tuesday - today we "join hands" as we complete a school-wide hand chain and stand together

Wednesday - The Take What You Need Board begins for students and staff today in our school where creating positive messages for all is the goal!

Thursday - let's hear you cheer Comets as you classes create Cheers and Poems about bullying and the need for inclusiveness

Friday - we honour the character trait of Courage through our assembly, Wacky Tacky Day (celebrate all that makes us unique and wonderful!), and the Take What You Need Board.  We also share the brand new School Pledge with all our Comets today!!!

When I see or am being bullied
I have a duty to stop, walk and talk
I will stand with and support everyone
I have a responsibility to include others
And a right to be me!
